(ETA - replaced photo)
Maybe I should have left this till tomorrow to upload - not used to the colour settings on DH's laptop. If it looks bad on my PC tomorrow I'll take another picture. But I got it finished when I wasn't expecting to, so here it is.
I started with rainbow colours, and that always reminds me of a 2nd Chapter of Acts song about the rainbow being God's promise, which brought me to the Unity stamp to use for my image.
My homemade DP base is Seeing Spots in all the colours of the rainbow. I then added little silver flowers, and drew in lines with a clear Sakura Stardust pen over pencil.
The image is stamped on acetate, and then I tried Acetate and Tissue for the first time. I used Tim Holtz reinkers - Peeled Paint, Scattered Straw and Blue Jeans. After it was dry I stuck it to the card and framed it with narrow strips of card. I added big rhinestones in any centres of the circles where they'd fit, and tiny ones in the centres of the little flowers.
